The plans are simple to follow. Home-cooked & easy to prepare meals are included. Your lifestyle, health problems & preferences are considered before planning the food chart.

 

  1. Detailed recall – medical complaints & reports, dietary intake, lifestyle & so on
  2. Basis the recall a plan is suggested
  3. A follow up is done every 10days
  4. Any doubts / questions, you are free to contact through email
  5. Once you reach your goal, a Maintenance plan will be given

Dietary modifications can be incorporated basis your blood reports. Besides this your dedication & enthusiasm.

 

Functions, meetings, social obligations are a part of our lives & that will never stop. However, there are healthier options always available. You can start the plan & still manage well. In fact, you don’t waste time.

Approximately 30 – 45mins. The follow-up consultations are quicker.

 

The traditional form that I have learned from The Yoga Institute. Also, combine various other forms that I have learned & practice. Include props available at home like chair, wall & pillows to enhance the doability of the asanas.

1 session is approximately 45 – 60mins, depending upon your needs. Asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, meditation & discussions are done. You can choose to take a personal or a group class.

Yoga is for everyone – children / adults, men / women, home-makers / business tycoons.

You may be traveling or maybe in a corporate set up.

It is for everyone i.e. non-dancers or even if you are attempting for the first time. If you have the willingness to let yourself lose & celebrate the moment, then yes it is for you.

It completely depends upon you, your schedule, work & so on.

5 days a week is best, if not then even 3 days is good.

The payment is made at the beginning of the program. You can either pay through Google pay or I will share my account details.
