My journey from SNDT Women’s University, where I acquired my Bachelor’s degree, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition (Dietetics), has been truly enriching. The best working opportunities came my way as Chief Dietitian with Anjali Mukerjee, ICICI Prudential & assisting a Cardiologist continued for almost a decade.
Creative minds always look for something more that’s when I embarked on a new journey of a small start-up. The initiative was to provide healthy & tasty meals to children in schools. The response was overwhelming, as I was catering to almost 250-300 kids.
Destiny further pulled me to “The Yoga Institute, Mumbai,” and I enrolled in a month’s course. As they say, it’s always your gut feeling which can never goes wrong. And here I was, doing my 900 hours Yoga Teachers Training Course too.
My ancestors have been classical dancers & it’s only their blessings that helped me manage to Graduate in Dance (Kathak) from Nalanda Dance Research Centre, Mumbai.
I love spending my free time painting, doodling, gardening and reading. Everyone is blessed with an innate sense of creativity, which needs an expression & that’s what I believe in. It keeps you positively engaged & is an excellent exercise to enhance your intuitive strength besides adding patience & colours to your life.
In all these years, my approach to every client I meet is to convey & convince to them:
- Be simple & realistic while planning your goals
- Be sensible & prepare for lifestyle modifications
- Be happy & spread wellness to the whole family
My constant endeavour has been to make you feel comfortable, explore & ultimately learn to integrate body, breath, and mind.
