I have been in love with Yoga since a very long time. Profound changes were experienced at an external level like glowing skin, better digestion, improved flexibility, toning & so on. However, what I value the most is my change in perspective towards myself & life in general.
The concept of ‘Self Awareness’ empowered me to a great extent.
