 The success of your health depends upon eating right & staying physically active. Results can only be achieved when the two are in rhythm. As recommended, one should include weekly regimen of 150 mins of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity like walking, cycling, swimming.

I have been in love with Yoga since a very long time. Profound changes were experienced at an external level like glowing skin, better digestion, improved flexibility, toning & so on. However, what I value the most is my change in perspective towards myself & life in general. 

The concept of ‘Self Awareness’ empowered me to a great extent.

From then onwards, I have been incorporating Food & Yoga as an integral part of my therapy. 

why I am emphasising on Yoga?

As humans, we sometimes fail to manage situations comfortably, which, if prolonged, leads to a state of disease. Yoga is an ancient science that provides us with tools to handle and harmonize the body and mind. It supports stress management, mental health, healthy eating, weight loss, quality sleep and so on.
